CodexCon offers a wide range of digital development solutions, including:

Web Development: Custom-built websites, landing pages, e-shops, and business sites tailored to client needs.

Graphic Design: Professional design services for logos, branding, social media graphics, marketing materials, and other visual assets.

Scalable Business Development Services: Consultancy services to help businesses grow efficiently with a digital-first approach.

Plugins & Software Design: Development of customized features and tools to enhance website functionality.

Customized Solutions: Designed to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring high-quality results.

1. Orders and Payment Processing
Orders are processed immediately upon receipt of payment.

2. Graphic Design Services
Refunds are not available for services under CodexCon's graphic design division.

3. Photography & Videography Services

If you cancel after the downpayment, any expenses already incurred are non-refundable. The refund will be calculated as follows:
Refund = Downpayment - Initiated Expenses - 20%
The remaining amount after these deductions will be refunded.

4. Web Development and Design Services
Refunds are not available within the first week from the date of the order’s output/release, except in cases of major glitches or fundamental issues with the services provided. Refunds requested after the first week of the website release will not be considered.

5. AI Chat Support Services
Refunds are not available for AI Chat Support Services.

6. Domain Registrations
Refunds for domain purchases are available only within 4 days from the date of purchase. Most domain registrations come with a grace period of up to 4 days for a full refund; however, this grace period may vary depending on the domain extension.

7. Professional Email Services
Refunds are not available for professional email services.

8. Conditions for Refunds
Refunds will only be issued if CodexCon, at its sole discretion, determines that there was a major glitch or fundamental problem with the services provided.

9. Refund Request Procedure
All refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery of the services. Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of release will not be accepted.

10. Cancellations of Subscription and Application Services
Cancellations of subscription and application services are subject to approval by CodexCon. Canceling a service does not entitle the client to a refund unless explicitly stated otherwise by CodexCon.

All intellectual property rights associated with the services provided by CodexCon, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, belong exclusively to CodexCon. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables solely for their intended purpose.

CodexCon is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its clients' data.

Client information will only be used for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy and Data Security policy.

We may update this policy from time to time, and any changes will be communicated to you promptly.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CodexCon will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from or in connection with the use of its services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms of Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.

CodexCon reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the CodexCon website. Continued use of CodexCon's services after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Clients agree not to exploit any loopholes or ambiguities in these Terms of Service for personal gain or to bypass their intended purpose. CodexCon reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to service termination and legal recourse, against any party found in violation of this clause.
